Location: Spirit of the North Theater, Fitger's Brewery Complex, 600 E. Superior St.
The author of The Dance Boots will talk about her book, sharing the inspiration for the stories, characters and settings.
There will be appetizers and a cash bar at 6:30, before the talk. The Oshkii Giizhik singers, an ensemble of Ojibwe women, will open the event. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and autographing.
A One Book, One Community event.
