From nutrition to stress management to simple stretching techniques, find out the little things you can do each day to feel better from the City of Duluth’s Wellness Coordinator, Angel Hohenstein.
Noon – 1 pm LIBRARY PLAZA
Hop on The Sunspot Bus and fight the winter blues with light therapy. Many Duluthians suffer from vitamin D deficiency and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Climb on board and take in some light while you sit back and relax.
Noon – 2 pm GREEN ROOM
De-stress in the Green Room while you color, do a puzzle or get a chair massage (space is limited - first come first serve!) Healthy snacks will also be available to try, while supplies last.
Noon – 2 pm LIBRARY
Clip on a step tracker and take a walk around the library. Walk enough steps and you can enter to win a gift card to Whole Food Coop!
