Join Certified SomaYoga Teacher, Carla Powers, RYT, for this gentle Chair Yoga and Stretching for Seniors session. Yoga can help increase flexibility, relax muscles, and reduce anxiety or stress.  The class will begin with breath work, proceed through some gentle movements to increase flexibility and reduce stress, and end with a short meditation exercise.  Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
