Help us celebrate the kickoff to our Winter Reading Program with art, crafts, and activities for all ages! 

Sign up for the Winter Reading Program: Reading Without Walls to expand your reading selections and win some prizes at the same time. 

Everyone is welcome!11 am:

Carl Crawford, City of Duluth Human Rights Officer, and the Little Horse Drum Group officially kick off Winter Reading 2018
11 am - 4 pm:
Art Display - A featured portrait series by Moira Villiard 
Top Floor
11:45 am - 12:30 pm: 
Carl Crawford Presentation of The Danger of a Single Story 
Green Room
1 - 2 pm:
All ages - Book Bingo! Come with the whole family for a chance to win books and other prizes! Green Room
Kids - Origami Snake and Cheerios Bird Feeders make & take crafts. (1 - 4  pm) Youth Services
Kids - Create a Catapult to break down walls. Fun and science all in one! Gold room
2:30 – 4 pm: 
All ages - Paint “Kindness Rocks” - Decorate a rock and use it to spread kindness throughout the city. Green Room
3 – 4 pm: 
Sing and dance with local musician Terrance Smith as he plays lively folk music throughout the library and ending in the Green Room.
